Mai Tai

The Mai Tai is a cocktail made of rum, Curaçao liqueur, orgeat syrup, and lime juice. It is one of the characteristic cocktails in Tiki culture.
Main alcohol: Rum
Ingredients:
- 45 ml White rum,
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice,
- 15 ml Orange curaçao,
- 15 ml Orgeat syrup,
- 20 ml Dark rum
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake and pour into a double rocks glass or a highball glass.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice.
Standard garnish: Lime peel, Pineapple spear
