Mai Tai

The Mai Tai is a cocktail made of rum, Curaçao liqueur, orgeat syrup, and lime juice. It is one of the characteristic cocktails in Tiki culture.

Main alcohol: Rum

Ingredients:

• 45 ml White rum,
• 15 ml Fresh lime juice,
• 15 ml Orange curaçao, 
• 15 ml Orgeat syrup,
• 20 ml Dark rum
  

Preparation:

• Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
• Shake and pour into a double rocks glass or a highball glass.
  

Served: On the rocks; poured over ice.

Standard garnish: Lime peel, Pineapple spear
