GlenAllechie The Sinteis Series - 2014, 70cl
GlenAllechie The Sinteis Series - 2014, 70cl
‘Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh) meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies GlenAllachie's cask creativity as they merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions. Uniting rich single malt matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons and Chinquapin, a native American oak from the Ozarks in Missouri, has created a medley of dark fruit, baking spices and chocolate tones.
This Sinteis Series bottling is presented at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the unique spirit to speak for itself.
